It is undeniable that when a woman is craving and desiring a person, sexually, she starts to lubricate her pussy in ways which prepare her for sex. Whether it ends up happening, or not, her mind is preparing for those sweet, intense kisses, the touch of a hand upon her body, fingers embracing her face and hips - not to mention, her breasts. She is enjoying every moment of it. She feels every sensation which accompanies it. She not only desires this lucky person, she becomes one with such person. She allows her passion to overrun her sense-of-being and releases any inhibitions which may prevent her from experiencing full love. She opens up. She becomes wet, so wet!

Craving
Nothing is worse than a craving! At least that is how it seems, sexually. Desire is quite a lingering b***ch when it wants to be, or is that how some women get when they cannot fulfill a craving? It is tough to be a woman in need of sexual satisfaction. Perhaps it is even harder when one is a woman who not only receives a lot of attention and energy, but also offers. That is not to state one acts upon such offers, but it can be difficult to ignore the intent behind it. To start, it is a compliment - someone finds someone attractive and desirable, and the receiving person starts to notice ... most of the time. In that person's mind, he or she sees either a simple interest in elevating relations or possibly an incredible night of intriguing passion! That person may then become more and more attentive toward such interest and desire, and it may even lead to that person getting obsessed in knowing more about the other person's energy or stamina. Women tend to think it could lead to a lasting connection, as making love can be the ultimate form in creating an intertwined love affair, but some may just see it as a quick handshake - a casual and easily removed moment of passion. Whatever builds the sensation and desire between two people, it is there - creeping, edging, possibly even pounding on one's mind, body, and even soul. It can and does hurt when left unfulfilled, or certain opportunities are missed. Though one should not act upon each and every advance, when dealing with undeniable desires, it can be difficult to stop one's self from experiencing extreme ecstasy.

Pent Up
It is hard to imagine that women get as pent up as men when it comes to doing it. Testosterone appears to be more aggressive when it comes to craving a release. When it comes to the release I get from sex, however, it is understandable how estrogen can also go bat-shit crazy for getting some, as well. Whether it is in our individual mind to crave such act and connection, or hormones which control our desires, sexual intercourse is, indeed, pleasurable and can be addictive.
As a woman who not only enjoys sex and intimacy, I also advocate for doing it frequently. Though singles and child-free couples may be able to do it more than those with kids or those with lots of time invested in a relationship, to me, it is vital that those who are committed in an intimate, loving, and responsible relationship engage in a lot of sex. Frequency may not be a barometer of how things are going within a commitment, but it does assume the importance of time and connection each person will make to show up. Couples who love each other make time for one another.
Recently, I had the pleasure of finding out how long one must wait to make time and keep it. There were plenty of opportunities to get together and do it, even if it was rather quick. When one has other obligations, however, or differences in schedule, postponement comes unexpectedly. Though both are determined to do it, sometimes, it just does not happen.
There may be many reasons as to why intimacy and connection no longer takes place, or takes place irregularly, and though it appears to be comparable to torture, or desires unfulfilled, sometimes, it is for the better. After all, sex changes the dynamics of our hormonal structure and can control our mind in unfathomable ways. Most of us will try to control our craving to it, because if not, we would then give in to our more beastly ways.
